Description

Lead the PySpark team in designing, building, and configuring data applications while serving as the primary point of contact for key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure successful project delivery and act as the subject matter expert.
• Design, build, and configure PySpark applications with a focus on data munging, cleaning, and normalization.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide solutions to complex problems and drive key architectural decisions.
• Implement machine learning algorithms including linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Conduct statistical analysis and utilize data visualization tools to interpret results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PySpark.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
• Experience implementing various ML algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and lead team decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent full-time education.
