Description

You will lead a team to design, build, and configure PySpark applications while owning technical decisions and project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of technical applications using PySpark.
• Manage the team to ensure successful project delivery and ownership of technical decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for problem-solving across immediate and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to contribute to key architectural and project decisions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous processing and munging techniques.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with PySpark for data processing.
• Proficiency in data munging, including cleaning, transformation, and normalization.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience implementing linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Completion of 15 years of full-time education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cross-team technical leadership and decision-making.
