Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI and machine learning solutions using Python, while mentoring cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software architecture, technical designs, and implementation plans for Python-based AI applications.
• Lead cross-functional technology teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code review.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions and define technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate third-party technologies, manage vendor relationships, and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or natural language processing solutions.
• Deep knowledge of database management systems, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed application architectures.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or other scripting languages for automation.
• Familiarity with NoSQL or vector databases and data engineering principles.
