Description

You will build and maintain AI agent systems and high-performance Python services, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex AI agent architectures using LangGraph and LangChain 0.3.x, including state machines and conditional logic.
• Develop robust Python 3.11+ services with async programming (asyncio, aiohttp/httpx), advanced type hints, and Pydantic v2 validation.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs, managing rate limits, token budgets, and implementing structured output parsers.
• Build RAG pipelines, prompt grounding strategies, and tool-based agent environments with 40+ tools.
• Implement observability using Langfuse for tracing and evaluation, alongside structured logging and Redis pub/sub patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Deep expertise in LangGraph (checkpointing, conditional edges) and LangChain 0.3.x.
• Strong background in LLM integration, including GPT-4o, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in async Python (asyncio, async/await) and REST API design.
• Experience with Pydantic v2, structured logging, and static typing discipline.
• Knowledge of Redis (pub/sub, TTL) and HTTP clients (aiohttp/httpx).
• Familiarity with traditional ML models (random forest, k-means) and neural network tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) development and consumption.
• Knowledge of guardrails, PII redaction, and LLM fallback chains.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
