You build and maintain backend systems that integrate machine learning models into production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services using Python and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and train ML models, managing training pipelines and feature engineering.
• Integrate ML capabilities into existing engineering workflows and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI-driven features.
• Work independently to solve complex engineering and data challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning model development and training.
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of API design and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with data tooling and ML-based feature building.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
