Description

You will design and deploy large-scale AI solutions using Python, Azure OpenAI, and modern ML frameworks. You own the full lifecycle from model development to production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize NLP pipelines for text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Develop and manage MLOps workflows including CI/CD automation and model deployment.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models using Azure OpenAI APIs.
• Monitor production models to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate on integrating AI capabilities into existing application architectures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for backend and ML development.
• Deep experience with Azure OpenAI, including API integration and model management.
• Strong background in NLP techniques: text generation, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training and inference.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for ML systems.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transformers libraries and Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Knowledge of model monitoring and drift detection in production environments.
