Description

You will own the development, deployment, and architectural design of AI applications using prebuilt generative models. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based applications with full architectural responsibility.
• Integrate and customize prebuilt models to meet specific project requirements.
• Develop and optimize application logic to effectively leverage prebuilt AI models.
• Oversee the full AI project lifecycle, from data preparation through deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers on AI best practices and guide technical communication to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Strong practical knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Proven experience customizing and using prebuilt models (GPT, BERT, DALL-E).
• Working knowledge of MLOps tools such as Langchain, Llamaindex, or Ragas.
• Experience with core technologies: Docker, AWS, and MLOps.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, efficient AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers and guiding technical communication.
• Background in data preparation and model monitoring workflows.
