Good to Have Skills: Understanding of basic software development principles, basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages such as UiPath and PEGA, beginner level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligence automation solutions using python and AI/ML models for operational efficiencies.
• Review and understand business requirements, then determine feasibility of development solutions.
• Undertake scripting and development of requirements in coordination with the business teams.
• Perform QA and UAT testing and documentation in accordance with lifecycle methodology.
• Coordinate and communicate with business and technology teams to ensure on-time project completion.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide technical trouble-shooting on current and existing builds.
• Support queries related to development and implementation of Super users within Operations.
• Conduct awareness sessions within Operations teams for automation solutions and implementations.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience with proven ability to gather and analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of business risk implications.

Education: Bachelor's degree
