Description

You will develop intelligence automation solutions using Python and AI/ML models to improve operational efficiency. You own the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and script automation solutions using Python and machine learning models.
• Analyze complex operational processes and data to define technical requirements and feasibility.
• Perform QA, UAT testing, and documentation following lifecycle methodologies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide technical troubleshooting for existing builds.
• Coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and machine learning applications.
• Skilled in data analysis and deriving actionable conclusions from complex datasets.
• Proven ability in automation solutions and process improvement.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Strong business analysis skills with an understanding of business risk implications.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications such as UiPath and PEGA.
• Understanding of basic software development principles and deployment lifecycles.
