Description

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions from proof-of-concept to production. You own the full model lifecycle, including training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining, while translating business requirements into scalable architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated model release and deployment.
• Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers on AI/ML best practices.
• Design distributed systems and microservices for scalable AI solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and implementations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven expertise in model lifecycle management.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
