You will develop software solutions using Python and integrate AI tools to support clinic teams across the US and Australia.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using Python.
• Integrate and utilize AI tools within existing clinical workflows.
• Coordinate technical requirements with clinic teams in the US and Australia.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively across international teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience as a software developer.
• Proven programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong software development background.
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX from day one.

Preferred Skills

• Academic coursework or professional background in biotech or related disciplines.
