Description

Lead backend development and server-side logic implementation while managing a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of scalable APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Manage a team of developers through mentorship and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to define and integrate application architecture.
• Optimize existing backend services and implement DevOps practices for CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Python and Node.js.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing developer teams.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL database management systems.
• Experience with web frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
