Description

You will design and develop scalable test automation tools and frameworks for platform testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test automation frameworks at scale for cloud-based services.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Go, or Java to test platform functionality.
• Analyze requirements to automate existing processes and improve test coverage.
• Write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Integrate automation with build systems, bug tracking, and test management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing cloud-based services in Linux environments.
• 3+ years building technical automation frameworks from the ground up (API, UI, Unit).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Shell, Perl, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with device testing and cloud platforms (VMWare, OpenStack, or Cloudstack).
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Puppet, Chef, or CFEngine.
• Strong understanding of web, networking, REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Knowledge of system and application performance and load testing.
