Develop and support scalable Python applications, translating architecture into maintainable designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement design and development standards for complex Python solutions.
• Translate project architecture into scalable, maintainable, and reusable designs.
• Perform impact analysis on technical solutions and resolve design issues.
• Collaborate with architects and testers to optimize product quality and resolve issues.
• Review test strategies and handle flat files including CSV and XML.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing complex solutions with Python.
• Full stack Python development with a focus on data and mathematical modeling.
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing using DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Experience with build automation tools like Jenkins or Docker.
• Knowledge of SOA, REST, and REST-based service development.
• Experience with source control code management and Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of investment or financial data.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design and Python development patterns.
