Description

Build and maintain stress testing models and loan loss analysis tools for federal banking programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based stress testing models for federal banking programs.
• Analyze loan loss over the life of a loan using statistical methods.
• Generate clear documentation detailing model development and logic.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate data science solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing SQL queries and data pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically Pandas and NumPy.
• Deep experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Background in statistics and mathematics applied to data science.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle databases and Big Data technologies.
• Familiarity with Java, Angular, or Hadoop.
