Description

Design and maintain backend application code, middleware, and APIs for consumer interfaces. Own the release pipeline, including CI/CD and automated deployments. Support operationalized models through troubleshooting, runbook development, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end backend application logic and middleware in Python.
• Develop, test, and maintain APIs to facilitate communication between source and consumer interfaces.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with version control to enable automated deployments.
• Facilitate go-live activities, including operational readiness, security scans, and change management.
• Partner with ETL and platform engineers to troubleshoot operationalized model issues and maintain runbooks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of core programming experience in Python.
• Experience designing backend application code and integration with consumer interfaces.
• Proficiency in developing and testing APIs.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes.
• Ability to design and develop CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Experience with operational readiness, security scans, and production support transition.
• Experience collaborating with platform engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting operationalized models and developing maintenance runbooks.
