Description

Design and implement architectural solutions for complex client initiatives while leading engineering teams and defining technical roadmaps. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions and develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new technologies.
• Collaborate with operations and technology leadership to define future analytic goals and technical architectures.
• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, driving common vision, practices, and coding standards.
• Liaise with offshore and client teams to resolve technical dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Perform UI code reviews and oversee detail design, development, and unit/integration testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Python programming experience.
• Deep expertise with AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EKS, Glue, Elasticsearch, and EMR.
• Proven experience in enterprise solutions architecture and technology consulting.
• Ability to drive independent projects from an architectural standpoint through the complete project life cycle.
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, specifically data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Experience managing and working with globally distributed and offshore teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
