Description

You will automate manual testing processes and control frameworks using data-driven capabilities. You will collaborate with Business, Internal Audit, and Risk teams to develop control automation and identify policy breaches. You will handle development and production support in SAS and SQL environments, fixing issues and ensuring system stability. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to competency development initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual testing processes using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk teams to develop control automation solutions.
• Identify control gaps and policy breaches, providing data evidence for audit completion.
• Transform datasets and perform quantitative analysis to drive actionable conclusions.
• Handle development and production support, identifying and fixing issues in SAS and SQL.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAS and SQL development or production support.
• Proficiency in Python for automation tasks.
• Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation and problem-solving with large datasets.
• Experience with Appian, Tableau, Xceptor, and Mainframes.
• Understanding of Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Loans, Insurance) and Finance Regulations.
• Familiarity with Audit Processes and MCA & Inherent Risk concepts.

Preferred Skills

• SAS on Mainframe and workflow management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of schedulers (Autosys/LSF) and version control (Bitbucket).
• Postgraduate Masters in Computers or related field.
