Description

You will design and develop network automation solutions using Python, focusing on configuration, provisioning, and monitoring of network devices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and automation frameworks for network infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes-based deployments for network applications, handling scaling and troubleshooting.
• Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with network and DevOps teams to optimize workflows and ensure system scalability and security.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of strong Python programming experience.
• Hands-on network automation experience using Ansible, Netmiko, or NAPALM.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of L2–L7 protocols including VLAN, STP, VXLAN, IP, OSPF, BGP, TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with container networking (CNI, service mesh) and SDN/NFV architectures.
