Description

You will support the Analytics Platform by implementing tools and troubleshooting production environment issues.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer-reported issues by collaborating with module developers and QA teams.
• Debug and troubleshoot application interfaces, server-related issues, and database problems.
• Manage and debug OS-level tasks including cron jobs and automation suites.
• Implement and manage automation using Ansible playbooks and DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product-based environment.
• Advanced Python scripting and automation expertise.
• Strong Linux OS competency, specifically regarding kernel, file-system, and threading.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Ansible, Docker, and Atlassian.
• Proficiency in debugging server, application, and database issues.
• Experience with Java, REST, and web-services.
• Knowledge of Apache/Tomcat environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cassandra or Solr database technologies.
• Understanding of the TCP/IP stack and networking modules.
