Build and maintain Python automation tools for network observability, performance monitoring, and data processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python tools for network monitoring and automated data processing.
• Automate repetitive tasks for network operations teams to improve system observability.
• Design and optimize database queries and data pipelines used for monitoring.
• Create integrations or dashboards for monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation or software development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Foundational networking knowledge including IP, DNS, routing, latency, and packet loss.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and Git version control.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or general cloud services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data parsing using JSON and XML.
• Exposure to Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
