Description

Build and maintain automation systems using Python and Robot Framework, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret Robot Framework keyword libraries to enable reuse within Python executions.
• Optimize hybrid execution flows combining Pytest and Robot Framework assets.
• Integrate automation framework components with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding and automation design standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on automation experience with Python and Pytest.
• 5+ years of experience with Robot Framework, including keywords, resources, and test structure.
• Expertise in architecting and enhancing automation frameworks using Python/Pytest.
• Experience with QNX OS and Hypervisor (Virtualization) environments.
• Proficiency in cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience with UI/device automation using Appium or Selenium.
• Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to debug cross-layer automation issues involving Python, RF, and device tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with modular test design and page-object/page-keyword patterns.
