Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python automation frameworks and test infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable automation frameworks and libraries using Python, Selenium, Playwright, and PyTest.
• Design and execute automated API tests for RESTful services and microservices, including contract and schema validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, validating backend services and data integrity.
• Define test strategies, analyze quality metrics, and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Software QA/Test Automation experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python programming, including OOP, design patterns, multithreading, and decorators.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and PyTest.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Page Object Model and data-driven approaches.
• Strong SQL knowledge with experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with REST API automation using Python Requests and Postman.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robot Framework or Behave (BDD).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
