Description

You will build and maintain Python-based automation tools to enhance network observability and performance monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python tools for network monitoring and automated data processing.
• Automate repetitive tasks for network operations teams to improve observability.
• Design and optimize database queries and data pipelines used for monitoring.
• Build dashboards and integrations with monitoring systems like Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation or software engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Foundational networking knowledge including IP, DNS, routing, latency, and packet loss.
• Proficiency with Linux environments and Git version control.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with REST APIs and data parsing using JSON or XML.
