Description

Lead software testing efforts by building and optimizing automated delivery frameworks and managing tester performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software testers, handling task assignments, performance evaluations, and professional growth.
• Design, implement, and optimize automation software delivery and defect management processes.
• Create comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with product specifications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD testing frameworks, tools, and goals.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to align on test development, policies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Expertise in Python automation using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Squish for window-based testing.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD testing implementation and optimization.
• Proven experience in establishing testing processes and methodologies.
• Ability to monitor and improve scalability, reliability, and performance of CI/CD build systems.
• Experience managing defect management workflows and software quality improvements.
