Description

Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and support production services using Python and AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain QA test cases using the Pytest framework.
• Own individual services, supporting and improving them in production.
• Manage code through GIT/GitHub and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate within an Agile, scrum-based team environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of programming experience.
• 3+ years of Python experience, ideally as your primary language.
• Experience with AWS services including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2, Kinesis, and ELK.
• Proficiency with Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Concourse and Jenkins.
• Strong command of GIT/GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pylint, code coverage measures, and performing code reviews.
• Experience with Cucumber/Selenium or similar frameworks and BDD/TDD testing practices.
