Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Python.
• Enhance existing test automation frameworks and improve test cases.
• Collaborate with the team to identify test requirements and formulate test strategies.
• Debug and diagnose code issues while maintaining test documentation and execution reports.
• Perform manual test scenarios as necessary to support testing objectives.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in Python coding.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Python and test libraries such as pytest and pytest-bdd.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with test designs, test strategies, and creating comprehensive test plans.
• Proven experience working within an Agile team environment.
• Ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of different testing techniques and strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing backend systems centered around microservices and message bus systems.
• Working experience with Python 3.X, Zephyr, and BDD.
• Demonstrated experience leading QA efforts and defining QA scope in projects.
