Description

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong experience in device UI automation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, robotics automation, computer vision, OCR, and end-to-end test frameworks.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on with both software automation and physical device testing environments.

Required Skills
Strong Python Proficiency
Write clean, maintainable test actions, libraries, and infrastructure code
Develop reusable automation components and testing utilities

Device UI Automation
Deep hands-on experience with UI Automator, Appium, or similar frameworks
Automate and simulate real-world user interactions across devices

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) & Robotics Automation
Experience controlling physical hardware through code
Exposure to robotic arms, linear gantries, motion controllers, or similar systems
Ability to automate interactions with physical devices

Computer Vision & OCR Automation
Practical experience working with camera feeds, Vision APIs, and OCR
Navigate sealed/non-instrumented UIs using coordinate-based actions
Experience with visual anchor detection and image-based automation

End-to-End Test Frameworks
Experience with multi-device or embedded testing frameworks
Strong knowledge of Mobly, PyTest, or similar frameworks
Ability to design and maintain robust end-to-end automation solutions
