Description

You own the automation testing lifecycle, writing and executing scripts to validate software quality using Python and Selenium.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, report, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Selenium.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with TestNG and Jenkins.
• Experience with Flask and Pandas.
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test management tools and frameworks.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
