Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy and automation framework for mobile and web platforms. Your work ensures stable releases through rigorous testing and continuous improvement of test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, Appium, PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
• Execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across mobile and web environments to validate system stability.
• Analyze test results, document defects with actionable details, and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to integrate testing into sprint objectives and review technical designs.
• Maintain test documentation and improve execution efficiency through continuous feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python for test script development.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium for mobile and web automation.
• Ability to use Xcode and Android Studio for log capture, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Experience with Git for source code control and version management.
• Deep understanding of black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to write clear test plans, cases, and reports based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience interpreting customer requirements to design testing strategies focused on user experience.
