You will own the quality assurance strategy and automation framework for mobile and web platforms, ensuring stable releases through rigorous testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, Appium, PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
• Execute test plans across mobile and web environments to validate system stability and user experience.
• Analyze test results, document defects with actionable details, and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to integrate testing into sprint objectives and review technical designs.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python for test script development.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, PyTest, Robot Framework, and Selenium for mobile and web automation.
• Ability to use Xcode and Android Studio for log capture, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Experience with Git for source code control and version management.
• Deep understanding of black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to write clear test plans, cases, and reports based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience interpreting customer requirements to design testing strategies focused on user experience.
