Description

You design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications on AWS using Python, focusing on backend services, APIs, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and maintain cloud applications, APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Utilize AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, CloudWatch) and containerization (Docker, ECS) to build scalable solutions.
• Create data pipelines, automate workflows, and implement CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud systems for performance, security, and cost.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, including frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Strong understanding of core AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational (RDS) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of Agile development and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Terraform.
