You will design and build large-scale, data-intensive applications while mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable back-end systems for high-volume data workloads.
• Mentor and manage software engineers to improve team output and code quality.
• Communicate complex technical decisions to both engineering and business stakeholders.
• Apply rigorous data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• 8+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• 5+ years of experience with caching technologies like Redis or Memcached.
• 5+ years of experience with streaming technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Any graduate degree.
