Description

You will own network automation and the maintenance of internal tools. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate network tasks using Python.
• Maintain and enhance legacy internal tools built with PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Integrate APIs and manage database operations.
• Debug and troubleshoot backend scripts and system issues.
• Operate within Unix/Linux VM environments using command-line tools and shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Python for automation and backend development.
• Proficiency with PHP, HTML, and JavaScript for legacy systems.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database management.
• Experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and data pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot backend systems and database usage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Django framework.
