Description

Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python, managing REST APIs, database interactions, and cloud deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Design database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Implement microservices architecture and integrate external APIs.
• Deploy applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply data structures, algorithms, and software design principles to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Strong proficiency in backend frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience deploying with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and session management.
