Description

You will build and maintain data-intensive backend systems and ETL pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python and PySpark.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs for data access and integrations.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance for Oracle DB and MySQL.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment using Git and Jenkins.
• Implement unit and integration tests using PyTest to ensure data quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Python backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python data structures, OOP, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
• Solid knowledge of Django or Flask web frameworks.
• Expertise in SQL, including query tuning and stored procedures.
• Experience with REST API design and integration.
• Proficiency in XML parsing and file handling in Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with financial domain applications or data-heavy systems.
• Cloud certifications in GCP or AWS.
