Description

You will own backend service development, data pipeline management, and legacy application maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and test complex queries using PL/SQL and RDBMS.
• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipeline projects.
• Maintain and update applications using PHP/CodeIgniter or Java/Scala.
• Debug and solve complex analytical problems in an Agile setting.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, PHP, or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Athena, S3, EMR, EC2, and Glue.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Basic understanding of Apache Airflow.
• Ability to work with PHP 7.3 and the CodeIgniter framework.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Spark framework (DataFrames, Spark SQL).
• Experience using Jira and working within Agile methodologies.
