You will build and maintain scalable backend systems with integrated AI/ML capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Handle data and business process automation, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Deploy solutions using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Perform routine operational tasks under senior team review.
• Deliver defined outputs while understanding the broader work context.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Python or Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and AI/ML development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• K knowledge of RAG, MCP, and LLMs.
• Experience with PL-SQL and advanced database systems.
