Description

You will design, code, and test new applications and enhancements using Python and Java technologies. You will own the release pipeline, define coding standards, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities. You will conduct feasibility studies and architectural reviews to manage technical risk.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and test new applications or enhancements to existing systems.
• Define coding standards and implement best practices for the team.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, and architectural reviews.
• Prepare status reports to manage project risks and escalations.
• Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience programming in Python and PySpark.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Angular, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC concepts and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in Master Data Management.
• Ability to interact directly with business owners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, MIS, or equivalent.
