Description

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Manage background tasks and caching using Redis.
• Integrate third-party data and notification services.
• Implement authentication protocols including JWT, OAuth2, and session management.
• Monitor API performance using logging strategies, rate limiting, and Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Linux environments.
• Competency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience implementing JWT, OAuth2, and custom permissions.
• Proficiency with Git, Postman, Swagger, and Jira.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and background tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud storage and DevOps workflows.
