Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Develop secure server-side logic with robust authentication and data protection.
• Integrate and optimize interactions with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Manage API testing and documentation using tools like Postman and Swagger.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
