Description

You will build and operate scalable microservices using Python, focusing on distributed systems and workflow orchestration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based backend services for production environments.
• Implement and debug long-running, workflow-driven processes with Temporal.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability through retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance.
• Monitor observability and handle asynchronous processing across application and infrastructure layers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to workflow orchestration systems, preferably Temporal.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing systems that bridge application logic and infrastructure.
