Description

You will design, build, and operate scalable microservices and workflow-driven processes in a production environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Design and debug long-running, asynchronous processes using workflow orchestration systems like Temporal.
• Implement distributed systems patterns including retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance.
• Deploy and manage services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate across application and infrastructure layers to ensure observability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python backend development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal preferred).
• Ability to work with asynchronous processing and observability tools.
