You will design and develop Generative AI solutions while maintaining data pipelines for control automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions under senior guidance.
• Build and maintain data and technology pipelines for control automation.
• Implement reinforcement learning feedback loops to improve AI agent performance.
• Deploy AI/ML models in compliance with governance frameworks.
• Support business process analysis to drive efficient technology solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning and feedback loops.
• Experience building technology pipelines and performing data analysis.
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms for model deployment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and customization.
• Experience working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
