You will build predictive models and derive insights from complex financial data to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design analytical frameworks to solve business problems across the client lifecycle, including acquisition and engagement.
• Build predictive models and machine learning solutions for sales optimization, pricing, and client retention.
• Extract and manipulate data from big data environments, including unstructured sources like call transcripts.
• Apply NLP techniques to derive business value from text data and identify trends.
• Present data-driven insights and go-to-market strategies to functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark and Hive for big data processing.
• Strong background in predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques.
• Ability to work with diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
• Experience with R programming.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
