You will build data infrastructure for transportation clients using deep Python expertise and object-oriented design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Azure Data Factory and Data Lake technologies.
• Build and manage data pipelines, including querying and modeling.
• Mine data and perform analysis to drive technical decisions.
• Abstract complex concepts into functional software designs.
• Deliver features using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong foundation in Computer Science, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with Big Data and distributed computing.
• Experience with APIs and web scraping.
• Knowledge of the Pyxll package.
• Experience with data management, modeling, and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
