Description

You will build and maintain scalable data pipelines as a Python Data Engineer.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and GCP services.
• Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Build and maintain Looker dashboards, explores, and LookML models for stakeholders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a strong background in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building and optimizing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer.
• Strong expertise with Looker, including LookML, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and warehouse design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control using Git.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
