Description

Build and maintain distributed, scalable microservices and data pipelines within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable microservices and RESTful interfaces using Python.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and functional prototypes.
• Refactor existing codebases to improve readability, performance, and structural integrity.
• Perform technical and functional analysis to support high-volume application requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into actionable developer tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational or document-based NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services development.
• Working knowledge of ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy.
• Deep understanding of computer science data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with containers and in Agile teams.
• Experience with high-volume applications and analytic reporting tools like Tableau.
