Evaluate and improve large language models by refining generative AI code generation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of AI-generated code and provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
• Solve complex coding problems by writing functional and efficient code.
• Write clear, human-readable summaries of coding problems and their solutions.
• Apply coding expertise to help generative AI models write better code.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong ability to solve coding challenges on platforms like Codeforces, Sphere Online Judge, or LeetCode.
• Complete fluency in English with the ability to describe code and abstract information clearly.
• Ability to write functional, efficient, and human-readable code.
• Experience solving complex programming logic problems.
• 5+ years of working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Swift, Ruby, Rust, Go, .NET, Matlab, PHP, HTML, Dart, R, Apex, or Shell.
