Description

You maintain and troubleshoot large-scale infrastructure and application services across on-premises and public cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments using observability tools to detect and resolve anomalies.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain IT services to ensure operational stability.
• Analyze complex system trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management issues.
• Identify critical issues for escalation and communicate solutions to business and technology stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
• Proven expertise in a large-scale technology environment, including on-premises and public cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and trends to solve incident and problem management challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full stack technology systems and infrastructure delivery.
• Background in a numerate subject such as mathematics, engineering, or computing science.
